Summary:
To maintain, repair and place video slot machines and related gaming equipment throughout the casino.
Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Handle machine related customer issues promptly - Install, move, test, repair and maintain slot and electronic/electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems - Review, interpret and verify slot pay tables, settings and jackpots of pre-established amounts - Troubleshoot and repair slots and associated player tracking system to minimize down time and maximize profitability of the gaming operation - Independently and/or cooperatively perform advanced tasks including but not limited to RAM clears, setup and configuration of software, progressive system(s) hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting - Assist in the ongoing training and development of other team members - Maintain security of keys and company assets - Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable regulations QUALIFICATIONS Preferred:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Skills Required:
- Accurate and detail-oriented - Strong organizational skills - Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills - Strong mechanical aptitude Preferred:
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools and electrical/electronic test equipment - Proven soldering skills Abilities Required:
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene - Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner - Ability to independently or as a team complete multiple tasks in a professional manner - Ability to serve both internal and external customers - Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair specialized equipment - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Preferred:
- Proven ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams and identify electronic components Recommended Skills Adaptability Attention To Detail Construction Toolkits Coordinating Electronic Test Equipment Electronics Manufacturing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
